New Time Line: 2007 Provincial spot dispute between ASA and EIYSA

New Time Line
We have added a time line to document the events of 2007. During that
year the decision by the ASA to determine how provincial playdown spots
for District #8 was appealed to the CSA bye the EIYSA. The EIYSA was
eventually required to take the ASA to court to enforce the CSA
decision.
