CSA does not recognize Alberta courts jurisdiction.

The CSA has informed the ASA Caretakers that they do not agree that the Alberta courts have jurisdiction in CSA matters. The CSA will not grant delegate status to any representative sent by the caretakers.

The CSA will provide the delegation for the Alberta teams.

I wonder if the CSA will be appointing any members of either ASA Boards to the delegation.

Wow ... Quite a step from advising people not to utilize the courts to now ignoring the orders completely. I wonder if Ms Chater, Ms Letkeman, Mr Hayne or Mr Du Berger will be asked by the CSA to act on behalf of the CSA. Although I believe Ms Chater has a SPDSA AGM to attend on the 7th Oct.
